New product of STANEXIM - milling robotic complex

STANEXIM have completed a set of works on the design and manufacture of a milling robotic complex for trimming after molding of parts and panels of ABS plastic of the passenger compartment of trucks:

• technical project development;
• development of design documentation, including electrical circuits;
• production of equipment and vacuum devices;
• assembly of the control cabinet;
• development of the program of electroautomatic.

The robotic complex performs milling and drilling of parts in an automatic cycle,

as well as a number of additional features:

• automatic cycle tool change;
• automatic measurement of part parameters using a measuring contact sensor;
• control of tool breakage;
• dynamic processing simulation;
• remove chips and dust from the treatment area.

The complex is based on the industrial robot FANUCM 710iC / 50 with an R-30iB controller and iPendant Touch control panel.

For easy maintenance and programming the user interface and the entire documentation set was translated into Russian.
