STANEXIM have completed a set of works on the design and manufacture of a milling robotic complex for trimming after molding of parts and panels of ABS plastic of the passenger compartment of trucks:
- technical project development;
- development of design documentation, including electrical circuits;
- production of equipment and vacuum devices;
- assembly of the control cabinet;
- development of the program of electroautomatic.
The robotic complex performs milling and drilling of parts in an automatic cycle,
as well as a number of additional features:
- automatic cycle tool change;
- automatic measurement of part parameters using a measuring contact sensor;
- control of tool breakage;
- dynamic processing simulation;
- remove chips and dust from the treatment area.
The complex is based on the industrial robot FANUCM 710iC / 50 with an R-30iB controller and iPendant Touch control panel.
For easy maintenance and programming the user interface and the entire documentation set was translated into Russian.
