Acceptance tests of the SMG200TF3 CNC thread grinding machine at the Customer's premises have been completed.
The machine is designed for typical precision threads grinding, worm screws, lead screws, ball screws, rolling dies, thread gauges, fastening threads, taps (straight and spiral), thread cutters, etc.
SMG200TF3 is controlled by the NUMANS CNC system. During acceptance, the “lead screw” part was processed and the following parameters were achieved:
ITC STANEXIM specialists instructed personnel in the rules of maintenance and operation of the machine. The equipment fully complies with the Customer’s requirements and already operates in production.
