In June STANEXIM delivered a HYPERTURN 45 turning machine manufactured by EMCO (Austria) to a russian company manufacturing fuel equipment.
Due to the moral and physical deterioration of lathes, the company needed to replace outdated equipment. STANEXIM offered a machine, the acquisition of which has become technically feasible and cost-effective for the customer.
The machine is able to perform various technological operations: turning, milling, threading. The machine is equipped with 12-position tool heads, highly dynamic drives of working axes.
The machine will be processed parts of the fuel system of a diesel engine D49.
The introduction of the HYPERTURN 45 machine into production allowed the company:
- Reduce the number of technological operations in the processing of parts of fuel valves;
- Reduce the time of manufacturing parts;
- Improve the quality of machining parts;
- To exclude as much as possible the influence of ''human factor'' on processing.
