ITC STANEXIM certified a series of thread-grinding machines

ITC STANEXIM received certificate of its own production for a series of CNC thread-grinding machines SMG200TF3-XX for cutting hobs processing. The certificate is issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

CNC thread-grinding machine SMG200TF3 designed for grinding typical precision threads, worn lead screws, ball screws, rolling dies,#nbsp;screw thread gauges,#nbsp;mounting threads, screws (strainght line and winding,#nbsp;thread cutting mills etc.#nbsp;The machines operate under NUMANS, FANUC or SIEMENS CNC system, and are performed in three accuracy classes G0 / G1 / G2.

Earlier ITC STANEXIM received own production certificate for:

• grinding machines:

hob grinding machine SMG400HF3;
tool-and-cutter grinding machine SMG050ZF3;
end mill sharpening machine SMG630HF2;
end mill sharpening machine SMG350HF2.

• series of gear grinding machines;
• series of boring machines;
• series of profile grinding machines.

In 2021 we received own production certificate for:
Milling robotic complex SMO0106XF4;
Equiped electrical cabinet on CNC FANUC Oi-MF.
