Special Pipe Machine SB963 was commissioned at BZAL

On the territory of Baranovichi plant of automatic lines the acceptance testing of a special machine for one of Russian customers has been successfully completed.

SB963 machine for handling edges of taps is a special double-sided horizontal with a device on a two-position rotary table - designed for specific needs of the customer and is a product of individual production.

During a preliminary acceptance of the machine processing of parts in the aggregate mode has been carried out and in CNC mode with preliminary measurement of the details by laser measurement system.

According to the customer of Stanexim specialists installed and debugged laser measurement system.

The advantages of non-contact measurement systems and electronic reduction gear on the machine SB963 are the following:

• A significant increase in the rate of measurement (about 5 times)
• Increased accuracy of the parts machining (precision of manufacturing of facet and the improvement of the surface roughness).

In the near future the machines will be shipped to the customer's place, where the final acceptance and commissioning will take place.
