Last week our authorities paid a friendly visit to Polotsk State University (PSU). We have long and productive cooperation with PSU in the matter of equipping educational laboratories with machines and other educational equipment.
The university authoriries showed laboratories equipped with the most innovative equipment for students and teachers work.
Within the visit we met with PSU Rector Oleg Romanov, First vice-rector- Oksana Golubeva, Pro-rector for Research- Irina Buraya and Head of Chair "Engineering technology and equipment" - Nikolay Popok.
At the meetings the issues of university material base further development and the program of industrial placement for university students on the basis of ITC Stanexim were discussed.
We also met with PSU students, and tried to answer their questions about working conditions at the enterprise, outlook for professional development and job opportunities.
We wish Polotsk State University to stay successful in training highly qualified specialists for mechanical engineering.
