Special solution for machining bevels on the ends of pipes and butts

STANEXIM has launched a project to manufacture and supply of special lathe realigned machine tool.

The machine has unique processing capabilities:

• Elbows bent Ø219 ... Ø1420 mm.
• Transitional rings Ø219 ... Ø1420 mm.
• Steeply curved taps Ø530 ... Ø1420 mm.
• Tees Ø426 ... Ø1420 mm.

The machine tool is used to machine pipe ends and bevels and to obtain facets of complex and simple forms.

It should be noted that the efficiency of this machine at complex types of facets is 30-40% higher in comparison with analogues lathes and milling machines.

Set delivery of the machine:

1. Set of basic and clamping elements, gripper pads, and copy device for details.
2. Rigging for installation of assembly units of machine.
3. Rail floor and trucks.
