This project appeared with the necessity to replace worn-out and obsolete gear processing equipment with new modern CNC gear grinding machine. As solution ITC STANEXIM proposed a gear grinding machine SMG405GF3 of its own production. The customer decided to confide the manufacture of high-tech equipment to a domestic manufacturer because it fully complied with the terms of reference and production needs.
SMG405GF3 is designed for profile grinding of spur and helical gears, allows processing workpieces with a diameter of up to 400 mm. Equipped with a built-in processig system for executive programs developed by ITC STANEXIM. Algorithms embedded in the software for estimating the accumulated pitch error Fpr, total alignment error of tooth Fbr, tooth profile error Ffr are developed in accordance with the requirements of domestic standards.
During the acceptance tests, the processing of the Customer's parts was performed: gear KZK-12-0123605 and KZK-12-0123606 Satellite.

Intraprocess 3-4 accuracy rating was gained. The achieved parameters significantly exceed the Customer's requirements for completed parts. The measurements were carried out on a Zeiss measuring machine.
After acceptance tests, training of technical specialists of JSC GOMSELMASH was carried out. The machine is already in production.
