At one of the enterprises of the railway industry, commissioning of the SMG405GF3 gear grinding machine manufactured by ITC STANEXIM has been completed.
During the acceptance tests, the traction gear was machined with a longitudinal modification (bevel) applied to the teeth.
During the processing, the following characteristics were achieved:
Profile deviation - 0.01 mm
Accumulated stepping error - 0.007 mm
Directional error - 0.006 mm
Lengthwise easing relief - 0.14 mm.
Also processed 3 types of helical gears.
All obtained processing parameters correspond to the technical specifications of the customer.
The machine has been put into operation and is already in production.
