ITC STANEXIM certified a series of grinding machines

ITC STANEXIM got certificate of its own production for a series of CNC grinding machines SMG400HF3-XX for cutting hobs processing.

The certificate is issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the decision to issue a certificate is made on the basis of an examination report.
During the examination at the production site of the ITC STANEXIM, the experts studied the manufacturing process of products, and also established whether the products corresponded to the conditions and criteria for products of their own production.

Machines of the SMG400HF3-XX series are designed for sharpening hobs on the front surface with a maximum module up to 40 mm. Abrasive electrocorundum wheels are mainly used as grinding wheels, , which are profiled directly on the machine.
Special software STANEXIM is intended for preparation of control programs for grinding a workpiece, dressing a grinding wheel, measuring and processing results, setting up and setting machine constants.
Earlier ITC STANEXIM received own production certificate for:

• grinding machines:

hob grinding machine SMG400HF3;
tool-and-cutter grinding machine SMG050ZF3;

end mill sharpening machine SMG630HF2;

end mill sharpening machine SMG350HF2.

• series of gear grinding machines;
• series of boring machines;
• series of profile grinding machines.

In 2021 we received own production certificate for:

Milling robotic complex SMO0106XF4;

Equiped electrical cabinet on CNC FANUC Oi-MF.
