Preliminary acceptance tests of a CNC gear grinding machine model SMG200GF3 for an instrument manufacturing enterprise have been completed.
SMG200GF3 - special solution for machining small-module cylindrical gears wheels in single and mass production. The machine operates under the NUMANS CNC system During acceptance tests at the manufacturer premises (ITC STANEXIM) the “drive gear” was processed and the following parameters were achieved:
The obtained parameters of the ground part correspond to the part drawing.
The SMG200GF3 machine will be presented at the METALLWORKING-2024 exhibition in Moscow on May 20-24.
