STANEXIM supplies three FANUC milling machining centers to a Belarusian manufacturer

In December 2019, STANEXIM supplied FANUC equipment to the Belarusian enterprise Planar Holding.

As part of the production technical re-equipment, the Customer decided to purchase three milling processing centers. STANEXIM offered the equipment of the FANUC company which is known for its reliability. Together with the machines, special tools and accessories have been delivered.

Machining Robodrill centers are designed to perform semi-finishing and finishing processing of parts such as casings made of non-ferrous alloys and steel.Rigid construction and a robust cast transverse table allow machining of parts with high precision. The CNC system provides the ability to program in G-codes with direct entry of the program and parameters from the CNC stand.
Intrinsic functions for planning and monitoring maintenance work allow the equipment to run smoothly for maximum time.
New equipment allows to achieve high accuracy and reduce the time for a part miling.
STANEXIM employees trained the Customer's specialists - operators of CNC machines. Overall operation has been completed in full and on the established period.
