The results of the exhibition Metalworking-2017 in Moscow

The 18th specialized exhibition Metalworking 2017 in Moscow completed its work.

At the stand, we presented equipment for engineering enterprises:

  • Special turning and milling machines
  • Heavy equipment
  • Gear grinding
  • Grinding
  • Robotic complexes
A lively interest of visitors was caused by a robot with technical vision provided by our partner FANUC company - the world leader in the field of industrial automation. The M-10iA / 10M FANUC robot performed high-speed picking of randomly located parts, sorted and carefully moved the detected parts to the desired tray.
The highlight of our stand was special software for processing and measuring gear wheels, integrated into the FANUC CNC.
The software allows the machine operator to automatically prepare control programs for processing and measuring gear wheels. The part measurement system determines the presence of rejects in the workpiece before processing, which makes it possible to exclude the workpiece in time or to make appropriate adjustments and obtain a part of a high degree of accuracy.

In addition, we presented our technological solutions for various industries:

  • Machines for cold forming splines
  • Technology of gas-oxygen cutting
  • Technological complexes for processing parts of automotive parts
  • Automatic lines for processing parts of railway engineering
  • Finishing of pipe fittings
