STANEXIM has carried out the delivery of MAXXMILL 500 (producer - Austrian machine tool company EMCO) to Belarusian machine-tool plant "Krasny Borets" in Orsha.
5-Axis Vertical Machining Center MaxxMill 500 is made for the processing of materials by cutting in a single, short-run and medium size run of manufacturing.
The machine has a wide range of technological use in operations such as milling, drilling, core drilling, reaming, boring, tapping (by tap and cuter), etc. while handling a part from 5 sides.
Maximum dimensions of workpieces: (LxWxH) 500x500x475 mm.
The machine has 5 NC-controlled axes (3 linear and 2 circular).
Numerous options, broad technological possibilities, high performance, accuracy, and price make it an attractive acquisition technically feasible and cost-effective for the customer.
The implementation of this machine into the production chaine enabled the company:
- to reduce the number of processing steps, and therefore the equipment, used in conventional multistage processing of various parts;
- to improve significantly the quality of details processing;
- to shorten greatly the manufacturing of parts compared to the processing technology used today;
- to almost exclude the effect of the "human factor" in the processing of parts;
- to improve productivity.
The STANEXIM specialists carry out commissioning, warranty and post-supervision of the equipment sold.
Central warehouse of spare and wear parts (Austria), enables the remove technical problems arising in the shortest possible time.
Our engineering department is ready to solve the most complex technological challenges that customer faces.
