We introduced a new method of spur gearwheels manufacrure by simulating the rolling at SMG405GF3 gear grinding machine.
Traditionally the machine is designed for gear machining.
The main advantage of this method, in comparison with obtaining gearwheels by copying, is to maintain the specified accuracy of the profile along the entire length of the tooth.
This method also made it possible to simplify the calculation of the profile applied to the grinding wheel. In a short period of time technician can create a control program with a profile line to edit the circle.
The use of our technological solution allows to expand the range of machined products as well as to achieve high processing accuracy parameters on gear grinding equipment.
