SMG4011F2 is designed for high-precision processing of flat surfaces of various parts. A special device for profiling the grinding wheel and installing parts allows to process profile surfaces, grooves, ledges, as well as grinding with the end of the circle.
High rigidity and vibration resistance of the machine guarantees stable accuracy and purity of machining. Ball screw rolling parts at feed units allows to do smooth high-precision backlash-free positioning.
The machine can be operated manually using handwheels or by SIEMENS controller. Combining processing from ready-made cycles with setting the necessary parameters reduces the time to prepare processing, simplifies the operator's work and reduces the probability of errors in the processing program.
